"I'm just a girl, standing with loving animals,
asking them to inspire her."
Growing up in Seoul, South Korea, I was a creative child who loved to spend time with my sister, Tilda. My interest in Art was affected a lot by Tilda; we spent our time sculpting, painting and drawing.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Sculpture from Ewha Womans University (Seoul, South Korea) in 2012 and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Photography from Maine College of Art (Portland, ME) in 2019 and settled in Flagstaff, AZ with my beloved family.
After a few years of photographing events, portraits, commercial products, and documenting artists’ work, I decided to do my business that fulfill my heart and inspire my mind.
As I just love animals, I photographed portraits of dogs. Even though taking portraits of animals was new to me, I approached the process as playing with them. Pursuing my practice, I wanted to try something more fun and different. With my art history background, I recreated paintings that I love with animals.
